Nuspan IPCU™ (Insulated Precast Concrete Units) are specifically manufactured to customer specifications and requirements. In this regard, we offer a comprehensive service to ensure that all technical queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that your design or build progresses as smoothly as possible.

Our products are manufactured completely off-site at our modern facilities in Stamford, Lincolnshire, and adhere to the most stringent quality standards. Providing a solution for customers requiring a modern method of construction, our product is up five times quicker than traditional block and beam installation.

Our network of trusted hauliers will deliver the product safely to site, whilst our team of expert installers provide a speedy on-site construction, allowing the follow-on trades access to site in as little as three hours for a typical, detached house. With an all-weather construction capability, we strive to ensure a smooth construction and minimal delays, allowing you to progress with your project.

We have expert knowledge of materials and expert knowledge available on-hand to ensure that any queries can be answered in a timely manner, allowing a smooth installation and minimal disruption.

Although we have a dedicated team of experts on hand to install the Nuspan unit, we also appreciate that you may have the man-power, expertise and time to install our product yourself. This is why we have a ‘supply only’ option which gives you the flexibility you need!

Both our preconstruction and construction teams are happy to provide onsite attendance for due diligence prestart meetings plus we offer further support with free onsite training.

To complete the successful installation, our experienced team will grout the longitudinal shear keys between the units and infill the service openings using C25/30 concrete, allowing for follow-on tradespeople to immediately access a safe working platform.

For a standard application, a 10mm nominal levelling compound is applied between first and second fix to achieve an SR2 finishing tolerance. Alongside installation packages, Nuspan further offer the application of the levelling compound on a return visit - providing a one stop turnkey solution.

Please note the Nuspan system can also accommodate higher loadings associated with deeper screeds to project requirements, just let us know of your intentions at design stage.
