Introducing our new CAD/BIM Technician, Barry McGuinness.

Barry has been producing technical designs and visuals for the construction industry for over 25 years.

The first decade he specialised in 3D renders and floor plans with an interior design company, before specialising in hollowcore flooring and precast stairs as a Structural Precast Technician. In this role he worked on projects of all shapes and sizes, from high value commercial buildings to care homes and everything in between.

Barry is both excited and inspired to join the Nuspan team as he enjoys the combination of cutting edge design and high-quality visuals.

Outside of work Barry can often be found spending time with his 21-year-old son working on his car, relaxing with his fiancée watching the latest Netflix series, or PC gaming with friends. Barry is an avid gym-goer and can also be found at band rehearsal on a Friday night, where he plays guitar in a rock cover band!
