Business Development Manager - Midlands
The Opportunity
Based remotely in the East Midlands, you will be working closely with the sales Manager, targeting the House Building & Civils market you will:
- Target new business and develop existing accounts
- Manage cradle to grave specifications
- Close contracts (direct to market) and agree contract particulars
- Attend client & staff meetings in office and on site
- Account manage

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years proven external sales experience selling into house builders or sub-contractors direct
- Knowledge of the building trade and tender process
- Experience of specification sales to architects/consultants
- Must be able to demonstrate tenacity and pro-active approach
- Sales Hungry & self-starter
- Able to handle a multi tasked fast pace environment
- CSCS card advantageous
