NHBC

The Nuspan precast insulated concrete floor system is accepted by NHBC in relation to NHBC Standards, Chapter 5.2 - Suspended Ground Floors.

Quality

Nuspan Precast Insulated Floor Units are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Standards. The Units are designed to BS EN 1992-1-1:2004 Eurocode 2 and BS EN 13224:2004 Precast Concrete Products – Ribbed Floor Elements.

Sustainable

Homes Nuspan’s flooring system range can significantly contribute towards achieving the Code for Sustainable Homes levels 4-6 as well as Passivhaus standard.

Robust Standard Details

Nuspan holds Robust Standard Details certification for compliance in the construction of masonry, timber frame and steel frame builds.

Product compliance

The performance of our product is assessed in accordance with TGD L (Republic), TGD F (NI) as well as TGD L (UK). All applied details have been modelled in accordance with BR497:2016 & BS EN ISO 10211 (2017), with surface condensation risk assessed in accordance with BRE information paper IP1/06.
